Our responsibilities: Waterson Projects were selected to transform an empty 550 square metres existing floorspace into a modern working office environment, we also created welfare facilities to accomodate employees operating within a 14,000 square metre factory area for a leading car seat manufacture.
Project Outline: To supply and install new office space consisting of stud partitioning, suspended ceilings, raised access flooring with carpet finish, first aid room, decoration to office areas,electrical installation including fire alarm, smoke detection and commissioning, welfare facility installation consisting of cubicles,white rock walling, anti vandal stainless steel fixtures and fittings,air conditioning, vinyl flooring, external pumping station.and related ground works.
